Al Faisaliyah Centre is 5 minutes away by car. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at Ibis Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff, particularly Mrs. Sarah, who attended to my needs with the utmost care and attention. Her commitment to providing outstanding customer service truly enhanced my experience, and I felt valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. It's rare to encounter such a high level of customer care, and I believe Mrs. Sarah is a true asset to your team. The overall service at the hotel was flawless, and I would highly recommend Ibis Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay. I look forward to returning in the future. The 3-star Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate hotel is ideally located at the end of the creek between Abu Dhabi Gate City and Bain Al Jessrain in Rabdan area. Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate hotel is perfect for both business and leisure. ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre) and Abu Dhabi Airport are just 15 minutes away while Yas water world and Ferrari world are just 20 minutes away. Free high speed WiFi is provided in all public areas and rooms. I CheckIn at 1 am and left at 9 am... hopefully, I have more time to enjoy with a lovely place.

The welcome from Rana was exceptional and made me feel so happy to be there and so well looked after and welcomed. The rooms were perfect clean and for me it wasn't small it was my ideal size of hotel room and nice and cozy. Gym and pool are lovely too. The breakfast was perfect and was very well looked after by Mohammad and cooked the best ever omelette by Hanoud. I will come back next time I'm in Yanbu!

The owner Gasser was amazing. Check in and check out was smooth. Loved the terrace area and our room balcony with a Nile view. Easy access to and from island by regular and cheap boat service. Gasser makes the best cold (non-alcoholic) refreshing hibiscus drink I've ever had. No one else makes it like him. Even if you don't stay at the accommodation go for this drink.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just few minutes from Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre and the beach. The staff was not only very friendly but also incredibly helpful. The overall cleanliness and neatness were commendable. Free WiFi is great. It's important to note that this is a budget-oriented hotel, so expectations should be set accordingly.

Among the many Ibis hotels there are this is certainly fancier than most other properties of the brand. Partially because it is in Abu Dhabi, but partially also because it shares some facilities with the more upmarket Novotel that is part of the same building complex. Therefore very recommendable if you are happy with the "not really close to the Airport, but not in the city centre either" location..

The breakfast was very good, delicious and more than enough. The ibis hotel is simply amazing. We spent here 9 days for our honeymoon and all of the staffs were very friendly, helpful and we are very much satisfied with all of the services that they delivered for us. Novotel Hotel's staffs, managers were very kind, helpful and professionals. Thank you so much for everything, we highly recommend your hotel for everyone.
