I was extremely satisfied with both the staff and the accommodations. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions, whether it was recommending local attractions or promptly addressing practical needs.
The room was clean and cozy. Despite its compact size, everything was arranged to provide maximum comfort. It included all the essentials: a comfortable bed, a workspace, and excellent lighting. I was particularly impressed by the soundproofing — even in the bustling city center, the room was quiet and peaceful.
The hotel's location deserves special praise. It is conveniently close to Vienna's main attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Nearby, there are also cafes, shops, and charming restaurants.
Breakfast at Ibis was delightful, with fresh pastries and fruits that were both delicious and of high quality.
In conclusion, I can confidently say that Ibis in Vienna is an excellent choice for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I am grateful to the entire staff for their professionalism and attentive care. Bed was very uncomfertable I have stayed other ibis budget but here the bed was way too uncomfertable and very small room no place for luggage. Location is good
The location is just few minutes away to Stephenplatz. The reception Ibis Budget Blue is quite good.
It's a regular Ibis budget, so it's clean, there's almost no furniture. A comfortable bed and a thoughtful lighting system. Early check-in (14.00) and late check-up (12.00). It is very convenient for arriving by bus at Edberg station at a later time. Close to the airport. There are 3 grocery stores nearby with convenient opening hours. It is easy and fast to get to the center of Vienna.
The room was spacious, although very basic. Breakfast was OK. Location is convenient, some 400 metres northeast from Praterstern transportation hub. Ibis Budget is basic type of accommodation, but the value for money is OK, and also the cleanliness was great!
Typical IBIS BUDGET hotel. Nothing unusual for people who knows this Accor hotels brand.
Nothing. We are travelling a lot, and staying most of the times in Ibis and Ibis Budget hotel’s. We pick those hotel’s because we get an overall good hotel for the price.
Standard Ibis Budget room, no bells and whistels. The location is good. It's a short walk to the Gasometer to then take the Underground. Breakfast was good and is served until a bit later than other hotels.
Everything as we expected, it was not our first time in Ibis budget hotels. Breakfast is good, the hotel is near the U3 station and parking garage (cca 4e per day. Hotel has its own parking, 14euros/day). Rooms are smaller than usual, quiet, but everything is very clean. The staff - very friendly and helpful. :)
With Ibis Budget I know what I get: a clean and basic, affordable room for a short stay, and that's all I needed. The surrounding isn't great, but it's only a short walk to public transport (U3), so okay. There's also a grocery shop right around the corner. The location is perfect if you are going to a concert at Gasometer or Arena. Also the Erdberg international bus center is close.
