We selected the hotel for the breakfast, which was great, very rich and diverse, just like in other reviews. We highly recommend it. We spent a week and had a very pleasant stay. The location is great, very close to U4 metro (or 20 min walk to city center), the area is nice, there are restaurants, also Billa and Spar shops close by. The room was beautiful, with large windows, plenty of natural light. The bed was large and comfortable. The room had a desk with chairs, a bench, space for clothes, and a clean private bathroom. The general aspect was clean and friendly.

The Ibis Wien Messe is conveniently located near the famous Prater amusement park (Riesenrad), the Reed Exhibitions Messe Wien and the Austria Center Vienna (congress centre).

Ibis Wien Mariahilf is only 500 metres away from Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna's largest shopping street. The café-bar and reception are open 24 hours a day. WiFi is free everywhere. The stop of the Hop On Hop Off Tour Bus (red line) is right outside the hotel. The location is convenient. It's not so close to the centre, but it is next to the one of the main shopping street. There are two metro stations, tramway stops and railway station. If you you want you could reach the St. Stephen's Cathedral only by walk for about 45 minutes. You will walk through a nice boulevard Mariahhilfer seeing a lot of interesting sightseeings. There is a very nice view of the city if you select a high floor room.
