The small fridge and good AC in the room is very useful and rare feature in Grado. The breakfast and the whole service was better than we expected on this budget level. The central location is perfect for pedestrian or cyclist tourists.

Amazing host. Place is incredibly clean and fully equipped. Location is perfect. Sound isolation is amazing, and despite the concert taking place beside the building, we did not gear a thing. If is suites you budget, you cannot get better calue for your money in Trieste.

Perfect position and very cheap.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was very convenient. There was a decent restaurant next to the Hotel (it belonged to the hotel actually) Food was alright.... I wish there was actual meat in the Club Sandwich, instead of just ham. Kids (chicken fingers) and wife (focaccia) liked their meals very much. The wine was really good and way cheaper than expected. Beer on the other hand was slightly overpriced, but I guess that's italy.

Generally the cost of the rooms in Tarvisio were high at the time we were there. this was a cheaper place, therefore our expectations were not high. Well, it is not a nice place, but it is acceptable.

The breakfast was good, with wide spread of choices. Usually, the breakfast in Italy according the standards in the rest of Central Europe is almost the weakest part. But, in this hotel there was the possibility to make a real birchermüssli with the cereals, the fruits that were there. Plus, they had varieties of other goods (cucumber, tomatoes, cheese etc.). Cappuccino was also good.

Olga is a very attentive and caring host, she did prepare everything to make our stay memorable. It was Christmas time so she even decorated accordingly the apartment, a Christmas tree was not missing either 😉👍 Very close to a shopping mall wit everything you need: bars, cafes, restaurants, cinema, groceries and close by to some typical and inexpensive “trattoria “ (traditional cheap restaurant). We noticed that the apartment was just renovated and provided with all the necessary amenities. Top notch 😉👍
