We had exceptional customer service even before we arrived at Hotel Alexanderhof as we were offered a cold dinner as we weren't going to arrive until after the end of dinner serving. We were welcomed by Lucas who was friendly and informative. The room was comfy with amazing views, the buffet breakfast was vast and delicious. The pool, whirlpool and sunbathing lawn an added bonus. All staff were friendly. The decor felt very Austrian, which we appreciated as visitors from the UK, the whole experience was exceptional, we were sad to leave

Location right on the lake, beautifully decorated hotel, in the Austrian style, lots of hiking trails in the area, spa area also pleasant and especially good after winter walking. Cleanliness at its best, breakfast is excellent.

Fantastic hotel with excellent facilities and great food. There's so much for children to enjoy, no matter what the weather is like. We've been 4 times now and we can't wait to go back again.

A lovely family hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel also offers saunas and a small gym, which was great to use. Location is also great, it is nearby two cable cars. It also offers warm and spacious storage for ski equipment. Overall, a great stay!

Surrounded by the mountains of the Nockberge National Park in Bad Kleinkirchheim.

In the hotel there were very few guests. SPA is great, very nice facilities. Outside pool is super and warm.

Huge apartment for a family of 4. Incredibly equipped kitchen - not just 4 spoons, forks etc. Plenty of whatever you need, as if you were in your own kitchen. Hotel that the apartment belongs to, is about 120m away. You can use the inner pool (heated) or outer pool (heated). Outside is a playground surrounded by animals. Animals are behind a fence, don't worry. Indoor playground on two floors. Just let your children play. Receptionists very helpful, friendly, always ready to assist with whatever you need.

Great hotel, with amazing frendly stuff and various offer. Great food (breakfast is amazing, lunch is ok, and dinner is again very good, you even get snacks between dinner and lunch). There are a lot of different options for entertaiment (table tennis, pool, pilates, yoga,...). There is a great spa facilities (5 saunas that are for adult and even more saunas for family) and good massages. One of the saunas have the most beautiful look at the lake. Ski slopes are close - Bad Kleinkeircheim is 15 minuts drive away. At one place you have everything you need for a great relaxing or sport vacations. Defenitely we will come back again.
