All was exceptional, Kempinsky Hotel will surely see us again soon. However the one problem we had, was the problem with the double bed in our room that was disappointing. It is 2 single beds moved together ( terrible) it was however resolved with additional bedding and was slightly more comfortable.It would be good if double beds can be supplied and not single beds just moved together. Furthermore your hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you and your staff was brilliant.

My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Spending time there was a truly rejuvenating experience after a day filled with activities in Engelberg. The cleanliness and maintenance of the pool were impeccable, greatly contributing to my enjoyment. I cannot praise enough the delicious breakfast served each morning. The variety and quality of the food surpassed my expectations. From healthy options to indulgent delights, the breakfast was a feast that provided the perfect energy to start the day exploring Engelberg. Excellent location. You can see the mountains from the rooms. Its just few minutes walk towards Engelberg Railway station and Engelberg cable car station. Good breakfast and a very nice welcoming hosts.

The location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.
