This is a beautifully designed hotel featuring very modernly furnished rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the great balcony that overlooked the lake. The indoor pool was a lovely amenity, although a touch cool for spring swimming. The outdoor jacuzzi, however, was excellent. Breakfast was a definite highlight, offering a wide and impressive variety of both cold and hot dishes, including some interesting special menu items. We also had a great dinner experience at the Saltz restaurant. A special mention must go to the concierge, who was incredibly helpful in securing tickets for the chocolate museum tour for us, even after we found it fully booked online.

breakfast was awesome. the meal to get you through the whole day. stuff was so nice and helpful, room was ready before the check-in time (so I could check-in earlier). interior is amazing, I was mesmerized by everything. staff helped me with everything that I asked, and were so polite. I really felt like at home.

It was my second time here and it confirmed my opinion, Crown Plaza Zürich is a beautiful hotel to stay in, all the staff without exception were kind and professional. Spacious room with comfortable bed and very good wifi signal. The breakfast was really good and complete, both savory and sweet, with a chef preparing delicious homelettes and eggs on the spot. The welness area is really relaxing with all comforts. A very positive stay that met all my expectations.
