All was exceptional, Kempinsky Hotel will surely see us again soon. However the one problem we had, was the problem with the double bed in our room that was disappointing. It is 2 single beds moved together ( terrible) it was however resolved with additional bedding and was slightly more comfortable.It would be good if double beds can be supplied and not single beds just moved together. Furthermore your hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you and your staff was brilliant.

This accomodation was INCREDIBLE! Although it is at the top of the hill you can usually catch the bus back up if you don’t have a car. The staff were so friendly asking us about our day and providing us with all the details to support us on our holiday. I would stay there again 10/10

This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It was clean, comfortable and was only a 10 minute bus ride away from Grindelwald city centre and the balcony gives a nice view of the mountains. Food was satisfactory and there was a good spread for breakfast that could fill you up.
