First, the high quality and professionalism of the hotel staff were what separated this hotel from others. They were consistently courteous, efficient and willing to engage with the guests. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. A very friendly host. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a jacuzzi and big and comfortable bed. There were two ventilators which helped immensely with the heat. The noise isolation is very good. Very good location, 5mins walk from Interlaken West train station, 10mins walk from the city center.

The hotel offers a breathtaking view. It takes a short walk from the train station to reach it, but I actually enjoyed the walk. Yes, the room is small, but it was within my budget and even the single room had a bathtub—perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was well equipped. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Just don’t arrive on the last mountain train: the main door is usually locked around 10 PM. The room guide was both detailed and interesting, reflecting the long history of Alpine hospitality. From the hotel you can start the red and pink hiking routes in Wengen, which I followed every day according to the guide. Switzerland is incredibly beautiful—this place must be stunning in winter for skiing as well. Staff were friendly and helpful, although sometimes I had to remind the restaurant staff for a morning coffee. Overall, a highly recommended stay.

It was my 4th stay at Silberhorn its location next to train station views of Lauterbrunnen valley and Jungfraujoch mountains are priceless Im workout freak and having early access to fitnesses Room is plus Breakfast always delicious 😋 Danieal at front desk was very friendly next time we’ll workout together Danieal we’ll be back in February hope to stay at Silberhorn Again ❤️🇨🇭

    Highly recommend who want to stay in wilderswil, just a two minute walk from the train station, bus stop..lovely view all around, the staff and services are just same as they mentioned... they give us packed lunch boxes as we have to leave early in the morning, the hot tub jacuzzi was also cherry on the top... we realy enjoyed ...and breakfast also very nice..lot of variety to eat..

    Shared bathrooms but very clean and always available when I needed one. The breakfast was very comprehensive with lots of great options. Staff were very friendly and helpful with hiking tips. Loved the back garden and hot tub. Great location for accessing Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen

    Fantastic location – just a few minutes' walk from Wilderswil train and bus stations. Only 6-10 minutes into Interlaken. Very good breakfast. We were able to have breakfast out on the terrace with a fantastic view of the mountains of the Berner Overland. Very friendly and helpful staff. Before our trip, we didn't know an outdoor jacuzzi was available so this was a very welcome surprise.

    Lovely character filled chalet in a great location, only a couple of minutes from the train station so makes a great base to travel around the Jungfrau area. Nice breakfast included in a lovely breakfast room overlooking the gardens. Very comfortable bed and we had a room with our own bathroom, some rooms have to share. Enjoyed a jacuzzi one night overlooking the snow capped mountains. Very friendly staff and definitely would stay again.
