We loved this hotel - arriving after a long day’s hike the great little spa was very welcome. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and the restaurant pleasantly informal. The staff were all delightful.

We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Bella Tola & Spa in Switzerland, a beautifully restored hotel set in a magical location. The room was clean, well heated, lots of power points around the room and a small flat screen tv. The bed was very comfy. Lots of storage space for clothing. Bathroom was modern and clean, shower gel and soap provided. Staff were incredibly friendly and very attentive. Food in the restaurant was incredible. Small spa in building, free use for residents which looked very good. Excellent parking nearby, we arrived in a van which they had spaces reserved for high sided vehicles that wouldn't fit in their additional parking area. Lift in the reception area.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Beautiful hotel, amazing kind staff who made our stay unforgettable. It was my girlfriends birthday and they even provided a little present. Probably the best hotel we ever stayed in (we have visited top hotels around the world). Ideal for skiing with wonderful ski room and amazing spa, outdoor pool with Matterhorn view etc. We will be back soon :)
