This place is amazing. The sunset view and golden hour left us speechless. The Kintri area is created in the way you can truly relax and forget about the rest of the word. Hotel Azul is definitely worth the trip to Playa Azul for its excellet amenities and gastronomy. Really nice hotel, run by a German family, so everything was organised well. We could take a parasol and chairs to the beach. The pool was great.

The best room we have stayed in Costa Rica! Really new and clean, also very well furnished and integrated into the surrounding nature. The forest facing balcony with jacuzzi is a great plus.

We loved this lodge. The moment we arrived to Samara, Denis reached out and explained how to get there. Waze works best in Costa Rica. Also if you rent the car, make sure to rent a higher one because some roads are pretty bumpy and you would need to push it. But it’s normal there. Once we arrived, they met us by the entry with warm hello, showed us our place, greeted and let us be. Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful, based on our needs. Denis was so helpful. He answered all our questions, always within minutes replies to my messages. He also recommended bunch of places. Our lodge was clean and replenished daily. The view is great, private. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend. Lovely owners! Thank you guys!!!!!!

Great location very close to the beach and remote from the noise of the city. Thomas is a great host very caring about his guests. Nice and friendly. Very good breakfast
