Location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing, felt very safe. The rooms were good and the reception staff the best! The ladies were extremely helpful and even gave us an upgrade to our room which was so thoughtful! Breakfast was good as well. Definitely, a great option in Berlin!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very inviting and comfortable. The location was perfect. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were very attentive. Great, cozy apartment, with a lovely view of the lake. Extremely close to the bus station, which was highly convenient. Host was very friendly and helpful, especially since I had heavy luggage with me.
