Very friendly and helpful staff, large room with modern decor, large bath with jacuzzi, really nice view of the mountainside, and, somewhat rare from our provincial travels in Ecuador, they had an elevator.

We were looking for a different experience, and this suite definitely is unique. From the tropical fish surrounding the hot tub to the excellent TV with Netflix and King-size comfortable bed, with warm quilts to keep you snug at night, it was a unique stay in a very nice city (Ambato).
