Thanks a lot for every one that makes our holiday very nice. Starting from Mr. Mina Mamdouh, Mr. Ahmed Barakat, Sayed Nageh in Reception as they are too friendly, hospitalizing us, taking care of all details espesially for my old mother and respond spontenously and positively to all requests. Also the room is too big and well furnatured as well house keeping is active. Mr. Omar and Mohammed Gad from golf car and shuttle bus really appreciate thier efforts and smily faces all the time. Beach is clean and too long and zupport a lot of activities. Food is tasty in resturants as well you get a good varities of oriantal and weastern food. Animation is very good as well creative. Fully recommend Portfino and will repeat my visit soon.

Just open for 7 days we are very lucky to enjoy the brand new hotel! Everything is perfect! Room is big and comfortable. Swimming pool is so nice! Especially the juice and food are so delicious! Where to start...Our stay at Casa Blue was fantastic. We wouldn't have wanted to leave! The panoramic suite with jacuzzi is beautiful, and there is cleaning every day. Special praise for Ramadan, who was always very kind and with a smile on his face, preparing artistic surprises for us with the towels! The cuisine is very varied, and excellent. A special mention for the waiter Mohamed from Cairo, who was always very professional and funny! And another special mention for Chef Reda, who delighted us with the cooking show at the Sushi restaurant and was always so thoughtful and helpful, as well as a great cook. Thanks also to the animation team who were always very nice without ever being intrusive. Finally, thanks to Adel at reception and his team who managed our stay with great professionalism!

Exceptional resort. The staff is really super kind and helpful. Resort with a truly incredible beach with the possibility of bathing in shallow water for both adults and children. Inside the resort we did many excursions from horseback riding in the water and in the desert to the view of the coral reef. We used the SPA which gave us sensational massages. A special thanks to the staff for welcoming and pampering us from the first to the last day. We will definitely be back Jacopo and Francesca.

The resort is newly built so everything is neat and good. I loved the Nubian style houses with red domes inside. Food is well prepared. The staff is particularly friendly, making you feel warm like in morning sunshine. Thank you all for making this place an Eden for guests. This is a vast area that offers various venues for sports. A wooden walkway streches to the coral reef, you can do snorkeling there.

7 days of excellence. Hotel infrastructure is mind blowing, it resembles a little town! The bungalow was 10 metres from the beach, the kind housekeeper decorated our bed in the middle of the stay, very sweet gesture. The room was great and spacious. We had air-conditioning issue in the beginning but the technician arrived in 10 minutes and checked back a couple times to make sure it was working. Food was delicious and plentiful (13 hour of eating window every day is excessive). Food was made from scratch, fresh warm bread every day, everyone with every dietary needs will find something for themselves. Our favourite restaurant was Soprano. The restaurant staff certainly work very very hard! The beach is clean and shallow, with a decent snorkeling spot. The staff was top level. They found my lost earbuds at the gym, which I didn't realise I lost for 2 days, at the last 30 minutes before we left. Mr. Mustafa the Guest Relation Manager was also extra helpful and accommodating. We will come back here when we return to Marsa Alam and we will recommend the place to our friends and family.
