The staff was honestly our favorite thing about this place! So friendly and service minded and really went above and beyond to make sure we were good. Special thanks to Bruno and Andrea :) I have worked in the service industry myself for 20 years and really appreciate meeting people who take pride in their work! All the staff were superb and I hope you leaders realize what a gift this is! Would stay here again! Also the location was perfect and rooms were a little small but beautiful. So all in all a great stay!

Neat and cozy place. Arranged exactly as it should be. It smelled wonderful of perfume when we entered. And the little boxes with everything you need are so touching. The high ceilings, the open terrace with a spacious view, that wonderful feeling of being in an authentic Spanish building that completes the experience of the new country!

we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by Carlos who was extremely helpful with suggestions and things to do. room was well equipped and spotless and beds were very comfortable no noise from outside once the door to the patio was closed.

Our stay at NH Collection Barcelona Constanza was absolutely wonderful! It’s truly the best place to stay with family. From the moment we booked, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. One thing that really stood out was their thoughtfulness. A day before check-in, they called to ask about our daughter’s preferences. When we arrived, we were delighted to find the room beautifully decorated with balloons, a cake, and a personalized poster with her name. It was such a touching gesture, and our daughter was overjoyed! She now insists that we stay at NH Collection Barcelona Constanza every time we visit. Beyond the incredible surprise, the hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with refreshments. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Nice breakfast as well. If you’re visiting Barcelona, I highly recommend staying at NH Collection Barcelona Constanza. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality make all the difference. We will definitely be returning!
