If you are worried about the airplanes - you CAN NOT hear them. The breakfast was perfect, buffet with plenty of options and some of the items that are available change daily. We had halfboard included and it was 3 course meal. Staff is friendly and available 24/7. The rooms are clean and the maids are friendly. Close by to everything you can need within 15minutes. Pick ups for daily excursions are within 2min of walking.

23-27 Feb 2024 - hotel is good connected to the city center (25) but also to the airport by bus ( A2) -the hotel has a very supportive stuff and Lady Pilar from Management helped me in my requests - the hotel stuff is putting efforts into making everyone happy -I had demi-pension and the food was above my expectations. It was simply delicious. It was a nice surprise to enjoy every evening another type of food. Breakfast was also very good. Many options for the vegetarians. - the restaurant manager was an the site every time making sure that everything goes smoothly - the smell in the hotel was nice. -the room was very comfortable. I have used AC on heating and it was an optimal temperature. -the garden was a nice place to enjoy a coffee - behind the hotel there is a park where I used to walking before the breakfast - the beach is very close and also very close to a promenade place -hotel is close to the Aquarium Palma ( where I as and it was a very nice experience)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is perfect – right on the promenade, with a bus stop directly in front of the property offering a convenient transfer from the airport. Our room was spotlessly clean, with brand new furniture and a breathtaking sea view. We enjoyed magical sunsets every evening from our terrace – a truly unforgettable experience. The on-site dining options were also varied and satisfying. Traveling with our baby was made incredibly easy thanks to the thoughtful amenities provided. We were given a baby cot and a high chair both in the room and at the restaurant, which made everything so much more comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and responsive, always ready to help with a smile. On our last day, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to enjoy on the plane – such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Everything exceeded our expectations. We felt truly at home and can’t wait to return!

    almost everything was 100% ,very relaxed ,good facilities with space even though the hotel was full.all of the staff were amazing. good choice of food to eat . nice balcony and large room with a good sized bathroom. The bathroom hair dryer had broken and the maintenance fitted a new one with an hour,amazing speedy service.

    We stayed in Penthouse which is on the 6th floor and has a jacuzzi on the roof, sunbeds, umbrella and a table for to have a dinner or just to enjoy some aperitif🙂. Apartment is decent size. Bedrooms are small but the living room is spacious. Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal if you prefer that. Huge dining table,big fridge,balcony from where you have entrance on the roof. Tv in every room. It has 2 bathrooms but no bide. Wievs are amazing, just sometimes you can hear planes taking off.
