The receptionist was fanatastic. She knew where I lived and even the local dialect! I was given an upgrade and the room and facilities were second to none. It was a very nice hotel and genienely seemed to look after the customers...with places to go and to eat.

The welcome was great, the staff were really pleasant. We got a lovely room with a sea and mountain view. It was our wedding anniversary and there was a nice bottle of cava in the room. They were very thoughtful. Breakfast was good and the Thalassotherapy spa was very relaxing. We used the spa every day. The location was great as it had a beach, walks, several restaurants and some nice bars in the immediate location. Plus it was a 20 minute drive into the centre of San Sebastian from there.

What a beautifully well put together hotel, amazing large traditional rooms with original features typical of the finest Navarran village. Central location in Lesaka which is a charming place.
