    One of the best hotels on our driving way to Spain for summer vacation. We are staying here 3d time and never disappointed. Spa area, sauna, jacuzzi- what can be better for relax. And if you want to have a walk for 2/4km you will see an amazing lake surrounded by mountains.

    The suite was a good size, with a large bed (a bit soft), good shower (no bath), and a fridge we could use. The spa was the star. There's a lovely area that welcomes kids. My five-year-old son absolutely loved it. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant one time and it was good. There's a little free computer games arcade and kids play room too. It's in the centre of Aix with lots of restaurants to choose from, but it's not next to the lake.

    Not all rooms have access to the spa, but if your room doesn't you can pay separately for spa access. The spa is very nice and complete, with hammam, sauna, jacuzzis, special showers, etc. The breakfast is very complete, varied, and great quality.

    The Urban & Spa Hotel is just fine. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Slippers and bathrobe were provided as well as an electric kettle. There is also a coffee machine in the lounge area. We did not use the pool or other spa facilities during our short stay. The hotel is located on a street that has excellent food shops. We would gladly stay there again,
