Made very welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Amazingly helpful staff. Room spacious and clean with lovely terrace. tea and coffee in room. Bar with lovely outside area for the evening. Pool/hammam/jacuzzi so appreciated after a hard day biking.

The location was outstanding and the refuge is an amazing building with exceptional decor. Our room was beautiful with an amazing bath and very comfortable bed. The welcome from Lucas was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was laid out each morning with pastries and coffee was also available in the stunning kitchen. There was wine,pasta,sauces,snacks and other thing available to buy through an honestly box type deal which was very useful. The hot tub outside was a great touch, with breathtaking views of the mountains. All in all this is a truly wonderful place to stay with basically zero faults.

"I can't describe the beauty of the hotel; it really feels like home. I loved the hotel so much, it is full of positivity and the hotel manager, Therese, gave us a free upgrade to a suite."He was attentive to ensuring our comfort and all our needs were met. The location is spectacular, with a privileged view of the mountains, even in summer. The staff is super friendly and attentive, the room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is of excellent quality. I tried some dishes from room service and also liked them a lot.

    Perfect location for resting and skiing! ski rental in front of the hotel, first ski lift behind the hotel, 2 restaurants in the hotel, jacuzzi, massage and a fantastic breakfast! very comfortable rooms….. superb stay and warm welcome! All perfect!

    what a great place ! remarkable location and a great place to be, with nice facilities. very nice staff, and when I asked to get a room in the front of the hotel instead of the back, they went to prepare a room for me, and I could wait in a very nice jacuzzi (even tho it was closed, they opened it just for me)
