The staff were extremely helpful and took trouble to meet our needs. They picked us up in the snow cat with our luggage. The whole hotel was thoughtfully designed with high quality materials. On a morning we could ski to several lifts from the hotel, which were all within view and easy accessible. The spa was lovely and a welcome relief at the end of a hard day skiing. It had a steam room, sauna, Nordic cold bath, jacuzzi and sensory showers. The hotel had a very nice restaurant and there are several restaurants nearby. Our apartment was very tasteful and spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable.Guest review byKarenFamily with young children

It is restricted to adults although it is possible to get a parent child massage package which is very nice. The pool and the hot tub are too cold for my taste but the children liked it. It is very convenient to have everything in the same complex: a little supermarket, the ski shop, restaurant, and bread delivery in the morning.
