All of the staff went above and beyond, consistently good service, helpful and polite. The team helping guests with their skis and equipment were brilliant, it made the whole trip effortless which is exactly what you want and need after a day on the slopes. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Meribel centre and ski lifts to ski in/out of the hotel. Massages at the spa were excellent. The concierge service was amazing, they managed last minute dinner reservations and suggested some great restaurants. We found the shuttle service super helpful and never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be dropped off or collected. The beds were really comfy, luxurious toiletries and thoughtful extras in the room. We were really impressed and loved every minute of our stay, it's a true 5* hotel, we will be back!

We were the only ones there - so very quiet which suited us perfectly. Well equipped clean property as described. Lovely views. Good secure parking. Fast internet. Excellent local cheese shop with other local specialities and wines within walking distance. Good location for touring classic cycle rides.

What a sweet spot! Felt like we were in an old castle. We enjoyed the slippers given to us when we arrived, the room was cozy, the bed comfortable and the owners incredibly kind. The breakfast was great! We will come back!

    Fantastic acommodation. Liked the large kitchen / living area with great views. Good sized bedrooms. Liked the two en-suite rooms, and two other bathrooms. Liked the pool and spa area.     5mins walk to La Croisette or regular busses less than 2mins ride. carrefour supermarket 50 yards away. Free use of swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. spacious living area (5 of us 2 kids under 3). comfortable sofa (a rarity in the Alps!)
