All of the staff went above and beyond, consistently good service, helpful and polite. The team helping guests with their skis and equipment were brilliant, it made the whole trip effortless which is exactly what you want and need after a day on the slopes. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Meribel centre and ski lifts to ski in/out of the hotel. Massages at the spa were excellent. The concierge service was amazing, they managed last minute dinner reservations and suggested some great restaurants. We found the shuttle service super helpful and never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to be dropped off or collected. The beds were really comfy, luxurious toiletries and thoughtful extras in the room. We were really impressed and loved every minute of our stay, it's a true 5* hotel, we will be back!

We were the only ones there - so very quiet which suited us perfectly. Well equipped clean property as described. Lovely views. Good secure parking. Fast internet. Excellent local cheese shop with other local specialities and wines within walking distance. Good location for touring classic cycle rides.

    Felt like it was too good to be true, absolutely stunning chalet in a beautiful location, hot tub is massive, kitchen well equipped, only a 4 minute walk from the shops. Highly recommend. Chalet manager extremely helpful with any queries about getting around and things to do. Was no snow there at end of season so had to bus to val thorens everyday but will definitely be back in peak season.

    It is simply the best hotel in the alps! Very cosy and functional design, suuper friendly staff, few meters to the ski lift and ski school. Very broad after-ski program: pool with outdoor jacuzzi, 2 bars with different music, fireplace. Very good breakfast and restaurant. The place has literally everything for a great ski vacation. Place is run by a family and you see and feel it everywhere.simply in love with it!

    Lovely spacious apartment located directly on the slopes (40m to button bar which allows you to ski to télécabine). Return is ski to door. Fabulous views of slopes & mountains. Great ski room with boot warmer. Luxurious reception area and wellness centre (pool, jacuzzi, spa & Hammam). Possibility to order bread/pastries for breakfast. Loan of fondu, raclette and family games. Owner is very helpful with organisation of trip and readily answers questions.

    The hotel is very nicely designed, with beautiful views. It has a nice spa with an indoor swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzis. Restaurant is also very good. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the terrace which was a great way to unwind and relax after outside activities. There are also yoga classes organised on the terrace. So, we really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely come again.
