We had a lovely one-night stay here. The room is clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly (also to our dog) and helpful. The location is a bit outside the town centre in a quiet area ideal for a relaxing spa hotel. The supper and breakfast were very good. The dog isn’t allowed in the restaurant but we could bring our breakfast to the bar area which was great too; they offered us the menu from the restaurant in the bar area in the evening.

The staff were so so friendly. One girl in particular who was working in Carrie’s bar on Saturday night just beamed positivity and happiness. She was so lovely and was honestly a ball of sunshine! I couldn’t see her name tag but it began with a C and she was working with two other boys. She is a credit to the company, she just radiates good vibes :) Breakfast was fabulous. The pool and leisure centre is amazing and the fitting rooms are very neat and well thought out. We got upgraded to a suite which was such a treat!

My stay was excellent! The room, cleanliness amenities were amazing. I only wish it was closer to the city centre. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the name of the staff at the reception but both the staff members at the reception were extremely helpful and very hospitable. A testament to the Marriotts brand name. Bottled water in the room, toiletries were well stocked, room was spacious and breakfast was excellent. Ample parking spaces and the property was in a quiet location.
