The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even passed midnight when we went down to ask for stuff, they were happy to help. I have back problems so hotel beds are usually very hard and uncomfortable for me and I get a terrible night's sleep but probably for the first time ever the bed was very comfortable and I actually woke without back pain. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're staying in Birmingham
