Genuinely could not fault this place! It’s like a little piece of paradise and, despite having lodges either side of our lodge (we were in lodge 2) it felt like you were a million miles away from everything and everyone. Lodge was comfortable, cozy, romantic and immaculate and had every little home comfort you could need. The views were gorgeous and I can’t rate the hot tub high enough. I felt so relaxed from the minute I checked in and that feeling continued until the minute we checked out. Nikki was great at answering my billion questions in the lead up to our stay and was always polite and accommodating. If we could have stayed forever we would have. Highly recommend!

The property itself is like something out of a storybook. Very friendly staff, great amenities and lots to see and do. Lovely, vast breakfast. Seriously a beautiful hotel.

Food was excellent! Tasting menu on Wednesday evening was a fantastic last night prior to our departure and we really enjoyed our stay. the staff were extremely helpful, special mention for Jamie and Rebecca and Arthur the Conceirge.

The hotel is a beautiful old building and has lovely character. The hotel is clean and staff were lovely. The reception areas are lovely and loved playing some pool. The bar longue is beautiful. Breakfast was lovely. Loved that there is a lift.

I was here on a break with my mother who had not been able to use any leisure facilities for a number of years due to ill health and mobility issues. She was keen to give it a go and we found the leisure facilities extremely accessible for her. The family room was spacious for her walker and we found it all very relaxing and enjoyable.
