Good breakfast, not excellent. Bed is very comfortable, mattress and pillows are Coco-mat. Nice bar and restaurant by the pool offer descent variety of food and drinks. Air conditioning works great. The hotel is located 5min by car from Ioannina University and 10min from the city center. It is cosy and very nicely decorated! The room is modern with a comfortable bed and a/c. All the staff and the owner were really nice and helpful. They even arranged earlier breakfast time for one day, only to serve kids who had to report for an exam at the uni!

Loved this studio! It was clean, modern, had coffee capsules and a great parking spot near the building. It was also not in the center - so we had a very good sleep, but we were also close to the center by walk.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. Our stay was simply amazing. The hotel is brand-new. The room decoration was modern. The bed had a comfortable size and a high-end mattress. The breakfast was delicious. A parking slot was available daily for our car something very important when you visit Ioannina, a city with no parking slots at all. The hotel was centrally located at a silent and nice neighborhood. The hotel employees including but not limited to the manager, receptionists and the cook were polite and helpful, trying to accommodate all our needs. We could not ask anything more from our stay and we will definitely come back soon! Thank you again for making our trip to your city unique!

This Resort was exceptional. The owner was a lovely lady, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast we had was the best we have had up till now. It had everything you can think of. There was an ubundance of food. I couldn't fault this Hotel. Our room was lovely and beds were comfortable. It is located a little out of Ioannina so it was so peaceful especially the view which looked over the lake.
