If You are looking for place to get real Family rest-it is exactly the one. Very good personnel both at bar and restaurant. Very tasty food. Nice atmosphere everywhere around. Rooms been cleaned daily. Service is fine and any trouble you may encounter-could be easily solved. So to assume-definitely if to come back to area-I would choose the same place without doubts.

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Hanioti & its people. The host & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. We stayed for 6 days and this one was our favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.

The villa was very beautiful, spacious, stylish and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay there - kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, barbecue and electric grill. On the second floor there was a large terrace with a wonderful seaview. The beach was not too crowded and was only a few meters away, there were umbrellas specifically for the guests of the villa, the rest of the beach was free to use with your own umbrellas. The walking distance to the center of Hanioti was about 10-15 minutes, but the house was in a very quiet area without too many people and noise, which was a big plus for us. We would love to spend another summer vacation there! :)

Beautiful villa! Unrealistic view! Super clean! Very friendly stuff! My family and I stayed at Sunny Villas for 12 nights. It was one of the best summer experiences that we had. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed, so all the stuff we brought with us was unnecessary. Everything is newly renovated and it looks great. Pool is being cleaned every morning and so is the house. A lot of space for parking. We had very nice breakfast and coffee every morning being delivered to our villa. Sunrise is the best part! You really need to see this :)
