Best possible location in Rhodes town, amazingly friendly staff, clean and freshly renovated facilities, and great buffet breakfast with loads of different options. We had only breakfast included but the staff was so friendly that they wanted to offer us the buffet dinner once for free and it was amazing too! We loved the show cooking and the greek local food they prepared. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel staff had organised us some evening snack to our room as the restaurant wasn’t open anymore. Our flight was also leaving late in the evening on the checkout day, so we got to use one room to shower and freshen up before our flight back home.

I always stay at Best Western Plaza when I am on business trip on Rhodos - so it was my tenth time or so. Friendliness, cleanliness, comfort and atmosphere are outstanding. To be honest: Even though it's a big four star hotel, it feels like coming home.

Great location, 10 min walk from old town. 30 seconds from the beach. Pool was smallish but always managed to get a sunbed. The staff were all amazing and welcoming.
