Just amazing accommodation with breathtaking view! The stuff is very friendly, helpful and is there by WhatsApp to assist! They can help to make fire, pick up shuttle is organised with precise instructions about the meeting point. As we were cooking, a lot of furry friends visited us 🤭

The location was excellent (although a more visible entrance board is recommended for easier access), with very supportive and friendly staff who provided fantastic hospitality and generously shared their knowledge. The rooms offered beautiful views of Mt. Batur and Lake Batur, and the deluxe room even featured a private hot spring pool. They also organized a last-minute Mt. Batur sunrise, lava, and Ulun Danu Batur tour, which was seamlessly arranged. I was happy to see my family thoroughly enjoy everything the hotel and the surrounding area had to offer. It was truly a memorable stay — highly recommended!

A great location for Mount Batur climb and Hot Springs. The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The thermal pool is also a wonderful treat after a long hike. Trips and guides can be booked by the owners without any stress.

Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Grounds well kept and loved the overall wooden style of the rooms and the main buildings. Food at the Tree Top restaurant was delicious with a good variety on the menu. Nice touches by the hotel, like providing a welcome drink, giving the guests a thorough introduction to the hotel by the staff, offering a "hot bag" before bed (goodness knows why, especially with a massively thick doona on the bed), and placing a few free items in the minibar.

Very nice view on the lake and on mount Abang from the room! The bed was very large and confortable. The room is Big and give a sense of Space. Perfect for a couple. King (our Host) and his wife were very nice and made sure we had a nice stay all along. They booked trekking and drove us on several occasion. Thank you King !

Very friendly welcome and hot tea is served upon your arrival. The staff is very kind and super friendly. The rooms are very clean. There is a 40% natural hot water pool in front of the room which makes the atmosphere very pleasant to stay. They also provide Mount Batur guides at a price. very good and the tour experience was very satisfying.

    wonderfull and stylish place in Kintamani, i didn‘t visit the spa but i liked everything there! i stayed for two nights and enjoyed the beautiful landscape and the quiteness after my trip to Ubud. very recomendable and awesome staff aswell! wonderfull place to relax and come down for a while.
