The place itself is very convenient..Location is great, big pool and decent gym. People working there are friendly and the check-in process is easy. Customer service was amazing. Facilities very clean and the gym is quite big with many equipment. Breakfast was tasty. It is very near to Senayang mall and you can go underground to reach each within 10 min walking.

The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations. Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.

Excellent hotel Big. comfortable with good gym, swimming pools, gardens, whirlpool. Quiet, large room, with views of Jakarta, safe, great Wi-Fi. Great efficient, attentive, friendly staff. The breakfast is fantastic, a feast: Breakfast has several stations: healthy, Chinese, Japanese, Western, Indian. There is a Chinese station with congee, a rice soup where the guest adds various seasonings such as peanuts, eggs, and various spices. The Japanese station has miso soup and ingredients to put in the soup, such as tofu, vegetables, seaweed, noodles The healthy station has several, such as a variety of yogurts, fruits, smoked salmon, vegetables with broccoli.
