What a fabulous hotel with exceptional service. Huge credit to all the staff who were so welcoming, couldn’t do more to help and always smiling. The hotel itself is stunning, from the entrance with candles & fresh flowers, the gorgeous spa, it all felt very luxe. We were offered a welcome drink whilst checking in, bags taken to our room, shown to the spa as we booked a time slot (access is free to all guests you just have to pre book a time slot) the spa was gorgeous, very quiet so even more special, inside and outside jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and lovely pool with bubble beds. The bar/lounge was so cosy with a fire and comfy sofas. We ate at the onsite pub which was lovely. I would try the onsite fine dining if coming back. Breakfast was a real treat, lovely service, great selection of buffet and cooked options (all included) the room itself was great, a nice hotel room, just didn’t have the wow factor that the rest of the hotel did. We will absolutely be returning when visiting Ireland again. Great value for money as well. The location was ideal to explore Killarney, close to the waterfalls and stunning landscapes. Beautiful hotel in a very central location. Walking distance to town centre. Attended a wedding here. Beautiful food and excellent cocktails. Good irish breakfast. Luxurious feel to the rooms, very comfortable bed.

The view was absolutely stunning. What a delight to wake up every morning and watch the lake and its islands. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Amazing stay! We enjoyed the sauna, steam room and pool both nights. The breakfast in the hotel was great (15€ per person) and it was in a prime location with a car park right across the street that was free after 6 pm so we spent very little on parking. The bedding was comfortable, would recommend.

The 4-star Killarney Plaza Hotel overlooks Killarney National Park. It boasts a gourmet restaurant, an indoor pool and spa and limited free parking. St Mary’s Cathedral is a 5-minute walk away.

We spend two nights at our wedding trip here together with some friends. We really enjoyed it! We got an upgrade because of the wedding to a very nice room with a lovely card and some chocolate. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. The lobby and the whole hotel is in very good condition. From breakfast to the last drink at the bar, everything was perfect!
