One of the best hotel with everything amazing impression right from the arrival and till our departure. It was Just perfect. The hotel has beautiful view. The staff of the hotel are fantastic. Always takes care of its guests with a smile on their face. Ms. Sangeeta was in touch prior arrival , helped us with the early check in which we are very grateful.. she is very competent, friendly and helpful and very caring towards us. Person like her makes very big difference ,creates a great atmosphere. She personally ensured that our stay in the hotel was amazing. Nehash was very good. The location is a bit remote but that also allows for a very quiet side of the beach (with private access). The staff was very helpful and nice. The pool was great and very clean. All the facilities were very nice and clean in general (they even have fussball, billiard, table tennis and air hand-hockey. The breakfast was very extensive and with very good food (amazing chole, different juices and smoothies, meat options, fresh pancakes that can be ordered, fruits, muesli, vegetables, etc). I did not expect the restaurant by the pool to be that good for dinner because of the reviews on booking.com, people said it was expensive and not good but I can say that's not true, very good quality and nice choice of dishes (local and international) for a reasonable price. The room was super spacious and the bed very comfy, everything super clean. We really loved our stay at Beleza and we would love to be back.
