This beautifully designed cabin features floor-to-ceiling glass windows that make you feel like you’re living inside a moving painting. As the weather shifted — from sun to storm — we stayed cozy inside, watching the clouds roll by, swans glide along the river, and golden light dance across the hills.
We sipped coffee from bed, read books, and soaked in the outdoor hot tub with a glass of wine. It was the perfect place to press pause and reset. When Iceland’s unpredictable weather puts a stop to sightseeing, Glacial Glass Cabin becomes the destination in itself.

United KingdomBeautiful house tucked away (we chose it as it was in a dark spot and we hoped to see the Northern Lights) but not far to nearest shops. Clean, tidy and felt homely. Comfy beds and sofa beds, good showers. Enjoyed the hot tub. We brought our own breakfast as we knew the house was isolated. We did use tea bags provided. Spent the next morning at the Secret Lagoon which is about 4 minutes away - highly recommended.

United StatesBeautiful, clean room. Every staff member we interacted with were wonderful, especially Adele at the front desk and Tomas in the restaurant. This hotel is top notch and we decided to book another stay here towards the end of our trip because we loved it so much! The dinner was fabulous! We enjoyed every part of it from the homemade bread to the delicious main courses to the incredible desserts!!

And a hot tub in front of the decking. It is like a mountain hut style accommodation with bunk beds which would suit a family of 4 - modernised to a high standard with some tasteful touches. We loved the flowers in the pot outside.
