It was a nice quiet hotel with a beautiful pool. We rented bikes from the hotel to go to the Ultima Spiaggia beach and back (about 10 mins by bike). The breakfast was fine and the dinner was fine too. The staff was helpful.

Awesome location. Black sand beach in the backyard. Staff very kind and helpful. We had booked the cottage in front of the pool. Wish we stayed for more days. We will surely plan to stay here longer. Parking is available.

Wow. From the moment the front gate opened and we were greeted by a long driveway lined with illuminated olive trees, we were blown away by the beauty of this place and the hospitality of our hosts. It's not often that we've felt more welcome than we did here. It almost felt like family we didn't know we had. Very good communication. The location is also good if you have a car. Only about an hour from Rome airport, close to nice beaches, beautiful countryside, and picturesque villages such as Pitigliano and Sovana (~45min). Highly recommended!
