Th host is available any time for any questions. The check-in is easy and modern over internet. My room was bigger as usual, plenty of space. Spar level with whirlpool, Sauna and big walk through shower. Almost too much to try everything in one week only. Pozzuoli is great. If you like less trouble than Napoli you are in the right place.
