An extraordinary hotel at an extraordinary locality with such a noce and helpful stuff. We loved our short stay and willing to stay longer then originally planned, but unfortunately there was no room availability for us 😅 We will definitely come back and stay longer! 🙏🏻

To keep my story short, I just have to say that everything was perfect 👌 The hotel is wonderful, located i a less busy street. The car could be parked under the hotel and there were city-bikes available. Awesome! I had a nice room with a wonderful view over the pool and the mountains. The staff was very friendly. Everyone was helpful. A special thanks to Gabriella. Every morning, we had a nice conversation. She gave me a lot of advice and suggestions for things to do, and she made me feel very welcome 🙏 For breakfast, there was plenty of choice, always fresh. Incredible 👏 Truly an amazing hotel. We really enjoyed everything. The staff were polite and always accommodating with any requests. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and very filling. The room was clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was stunning. Bicycles were available to use for free. The hotel’s location is excellent-right by the lake with a magnificent view of the mountains. There is a shopping center nearby with a large grocery store. It’s also a short walk to the old town. My husband and I give it a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it for a stay in the beautiful town of Riva del Garda. We really didn’t want to leave!

    Lovely place. The kitchen has all the things you need to make a nice meal, we also used the outside barbeque. We only used the outside pool and hot tub, but the sauna room looked great. Towels are provided for both pool and bathrooms

    The hotel oozes luxury, everything is tidy, shiny and tasteful. The staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms are nice and clean and the spa is just the perfect thing to relax after a long ride, with indoor whirlpools, regular pool, outdoor pool and the saunas. Even has a kneipp pathway with aromatherapy oils sprayed in the air. Magical. The breakfast was astounding also, everything you could possibly want was an option. They also provided a garage for our motorcycle.

    We had a room with a jacuzzi bath and balcony and it was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We sat in recliner chairs on the balcony and enjoyed a drink. There was a vast choice for breakfast and the made to order omelettes were delicious.

    As a treat for our 30th Anniversary we booked the penthouse suite. It was amazing(if a bit expensive!)The space was huge with a large balcony area with sun loungers, table and chairs, bean bag &, best of all, a hot tub. Even had a static exercise bike! The view was great to the hills behind and lake in front. The living area had the most comfy sofas and the bed was super comfy too. The staff were really lovely as was the great breakfast buffet.
