Amazing place! The location is just perfect - 10 minutes walk and you are in the centre of Salo, while you can enjoy your breakfast at the terrace of the place - overlooking the lake and the entire valley. Very friendly hosts, always happy to help, and they also grow olives trees - we could not resist of buying a bottle of fresh oil :). The rooms themselves are equipped with everything you need, the kitchen has all necessaries to cook a great dinner! Very technological control of the temperature, electric curtains, etc. At the same time, the aesthetics of the old Italian-style house are well preserved. Everything is decorated with great love, both the house and the garden. We asked for a cot for our daughter and we were happy to find all the necessary baby bedding and a baby bathrobe-towel prepared for her. On the terrace there is a jacuzzi overlooking the lake, which is always warm - I highly recommend. And one of the added pluses is the super pet friendly staff and atmosphere. Your pet can enjoy your holiday with you.

Fantastic apartment in the middle of Salo' with panoramic view over the lake and also the promenade. The terrace with it's Whirlpool was really nice for booth sitting in the sun or under the parasol reading. The host, Alessandro, were really hospitable and gave us a lot of useful information on what to do and where to go which was helpful even for us who has been in Salo' many times.

It’s safe to say that this hotel goes on our top 3 list for best hotels, and we have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels! What an absolute gem. First of all, the staff. Wow! Everyone was so nice and friendly and you could really feel how much they wanted to make this stay memorable. We were always greeted with a warm, sincere smile and everytime we asked for a help or a recommendation, they were on it! Second, the location. It’s on it’s own huge property in the hills, still not far away from Lake Garda and very easy to take a walk down there, to for example the town of Saló. They are growing their own things on their property such as fruits, vegetables and herbs, which was really attractive. Thirdly, the hotel itself. It has a great history to it as it was a convent in the olden days. It was a worn down building that they bought and renovated, and they’ve done a hell of a job because you can not feel it at all. Everywhere you go, in every corner, there are signs of professionalism and an eye for detail. Oh, and let’s not forget the view from the swimming pool area over Lake Garda, with a drink in one hand and Burrata cheese in the other. Unbelieveable!!! Talking about food. Their restaurant and breakfast was 11/10. Spotless and so tasty. Mamma mia! I could write muuuuch more but I’m stopping here. I think you get the point; go and stay there. Don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it. Many, many thanks to all the amazing staff at Villa Arcadio. We’ll be back, hopefully sooner than later❤️ Best regards from Iceland🇮🇸🙏

Lovely lakeside view, cute garden, spacious rooms. The host was so sweet, they even left us a few snacks for breakfast and all we needed to make tea. The house is gorgeous, oozes the charm of old Italian villas, the interior is elegant, and huge windows give you a great view of the lake from the common room, where you can sit on comfy sofas and mingle. Everything was perfectly clean. There's a shop nearby (10 minutes walk by the lake), and there's restaurants serving excellent pizza and tiramisu only a little bit further.

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast! There was a swimming pool and sunbeds inside. Personal was helpful. The location is very good, but we didn't have time to visit the river beach, so can't say how far it is. Next time will stay for more than one night!

The place was absolutely beautiful. The perfect location for complete relax, much better than the photos. With a soccor field, volleyball field, swimming pool, we would like to return with friends and their kids. The host were wonderfully friendly.

    Great location, fantastic hosts if you're staying in lake Garda this should be first on your list. You can walk into the town or order some pizza to the apartments. We spent one evening just relaxing with some wine and the jacuzzi. If I come back to lake Garda this is the only place I'm staying
