A beautiful location with orchards on-site, the beach is a little further away but reachable on foot (20 mins), Sabaudia is also nearby if you came by car. The owner is friendly, the accommodation is well furnished and comfortable. The windows are protected by mosquito nets so you can enjoy the fresh air while inside without worry. There are bicycles available for use as well as a table football and ping-pong and a highlight for animal lovers will be Nina and Jo, the golden retrievers who will almost certainly greet you and make friends with you during the course of your stay, if you want them to! The Strade Statali roads are a good option for visiting Rome, Naples is more difficult but possible if you are brave and you get up early!

The check in procedure was smooth, staff helpful. There are two sections to the building. One the main hotel on the beach and a second across the road with lagoon access a swimming pool, gym, pickle courts etc

The hotel is located right next to Sabaudia's long sandy beach, with many rooms offering a stunning view to the open sea. The hotel itself has been built in vernacular style and completed in very stylish, harmonious and well thought-out manner. The staff at the hotel was very friendly to small children, especially in the restaurant. The breakfast is decent and served in a hall with an open view to the sea. There is also an outside swimming pool, a gym and beach seats.
