We were traveling as a group of about 20 international people and were well looked after by the staff. The whole area is very friendly with little English spoken but google translate was very useful. Didn't use the spa facilities but the pool was very relaxing. Everything is well spaced out so lots of room to spread out. The views from the hotel were simply breathtaking, and the heated indoor pool and sauna were perfect for relaxation. My daughter loved the playing area, which kept her entertained throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The staff are very courteous, the breakfast is varied and a good dinner menu .
