I don't even know where to begin. This place was exceptional! My family and I took the ferry to Bellagio, and as soon as we disembarked, the hotel was right in front our eyes! What else could we do but jump for joy as we did not have to carry our luggage up a hill as we were doing for almost 2 weeks! Entry was super fast and easy. There was also a lift in the building! We were escorted to our rooms, which were amazing! The size of the room, the king size bed which were so comfortable I did not want to leave the next morning, the bathroom was also big and spacious with a separate shower and a tub, the room decor, the amenities, we just loved everything! We even went to the spa to relax for a bit before heading for dinner. The next day, we unfortunately had to check out, so we had breakfast with a view overlooking the lake. Breakfast was self-serve, and there were various items to choose from (Cereal, fruits, yogurt, croissants; plain, chocolate etc, scrambled eggs, salad, different types of cheese, cold cuts and more). This was one of the best stays my family and I had in Italy! Will definitely return!

Perfect location, right next to lake. Very helpful staff, especially Victoria, who sent all the information on WhatsApp (about location, check in, parking, and reserved table for the dinner). Restaurant was also really good and with very friendly staff. Room was very clean and cozy, and with balcony with the view of the lake. Best part was the tasty breakfast on balcony of our room. Service was better than some 5 star hotels, we are definitely coming back to this beautiful place.

Personal is trying to do their best, they are careful and attentive. We parked the car at the paid parking space near the hotel, but at the hotel reception were offered to park temporarily at the hotel garage, to sped our day and move car to a free parking space in the evening. ( there are free (marked white) and paid (marked blue) parking spaces at the parking, and free are usually busy during the day). Views are charming, breakfast is nice, city is very close, villa Melzi is also near.

    Excellent location, very modern and new. Very close to all that varenna has to offer and the ferry to go to other parts of the lake. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the views are stunning. The hot tub is an excellent bonus. Check In and check out were smooth as you can do it all yourself
