    Excellent establishment, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was very cozy and clean. The environment was peaceful and calming. We enjoyed the spring bath too! The hotel offers a shuttle car to pick up and drop you off at the nearest station which is very convenient. We were welcomed by very kind staff who made our stay extra nice. Thank you! Highly recommend.

    Super nice staff, they parked the car and explained everything. Room had a private onsen bath tube and was spacious. Public onsen was empty when i went there and had also a nice outside onsen. Dinner was great in a private room and brekkie was also amazing, served in a private room

    Food was very good overall - both breakfast and dinner. The in-room hot spring bath was very nice. Really hot but just the way we like it. Room was spacious with a nice view to the mountains and over the town. Shuttle service was good. The historical sites are worth visiting but not too interesting.

    Nice ryokan and Onsen in the room I definitely the highlight. No room service but have a nice lounge with free coffee tea water etc and can work or read a book. Place is in great condition considering how old it is. The public bath is ok nothing special and food is pretty good but again nothing special. Overall we had a nice stay but the place is starting to show its age.

    Breakfast and dinner are really good, and served in private dining rooms. The public bath is also amazing, and soaking in the open air while it is snowing is such a soothing experience. It's very peaceful in general, and it's nice to explore the building although the piano in the lounge cannot be played.

    The staff was really helpful. They did their best to help me with anything I needed even with the language barrier. I thought the bath was really nice and the room was relaxing.
