Staffs were very nice, the location was comfy as well. The room has no windows but it was very nice to rest and sleep. Wish that the breakfast has more options but all in all everything was good.

The location is the best for those who's taking an early or late flight. Lawson, many restaurants, and shops downstairs are super friendly to get anything needed. (Just note that all the shops closed at pm8 which is a little bit too early.) The onsen is also lovely, will recommend a plan with onsen. I love the smart TV which allows you to connect to netflix and youtube via mobile phone!!

We stayed here before our flight, the stay was very comfortable and had superb facilities. The onsens were nice, we got lounge wear, slippers, all the toiletries one could imagine (didn’t even need to disturb our luggage). Although the staff spoke only Japanese, the checkin and checkout process was very easy. The sleeping area was quite and with the sound of the ventilator it was hard to hear anything else. Beds are not the most comfortable but it does the job. Also, the capsules are gender separated so it may not be ideal for het-couples to do long stays here but common lounging areas are accessible.

The host provided clear instructions with photos on how to find the property. The toilet was clean and had a nicely scented product that lasted our entire stay. The dryer was useful. There was more furniture than what's in the photos, making it a little more cluttered, but the tea table in front of the couch/Tv was useful.
