My favorite hotel out of the 9 we stayed at. Beautiful lobby, the receptionists where great! They let us check in early, and remembered our room number our entire stay. Room is Tokyo big, and very nice. The onsen was great. There's a indoor and outdoor one, and sauna. The outdoor one was awesome! There's a smoke room.

    The Room modern with good facilities. Room space is okay to unpack the luggage (we stay in Twin room). The good part is SPA, which allow us to wind down and relax with open air onsen.

    Close to Omiya station. The big bath and outside bath on the top floor makes me feel relax but can't see the scenery. There are 3 different convinience store around the hotel. Good security for using the room key card when using the lift. Strong water pressure of the shower in the room was very good and the shower is changing for massage.

    Multi-lingual staff were very helpful. The multi-choices at breakfast were a delight. The multi-healthy choice of the breakfast dishes. The calm quiet of the room and the building. The free amenities for bathing. Free tea and water supplied. Interesting views from the lofty window rooms. The sparkle of the hotels lighting and decor. Check-out time is 11am so we can relax in the morning.

    I always book Candeo Hotel because of the Sky Spa. The room is clean and lounge clothes are provided as well. Location is a short walk from Omiya station and it's near various department stores which is really convenient.
