The hotel is right next to the Kishibe station and there’s a linkway between the station and the hotel. 7-Eleven convenient store is right below the hotel. Their Spa and Sauna is fantastic. The breakfast was also very good. I’d definitely stay in this hotel again.

The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service throughout our stay was consistently attentive without being intrusive. A standout feature was the excellent Chinese restaurant on-site — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on our next visit. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and excellent service.

There are bedrooms on each floor and it’s quite spacious in Japanese standard. The entire place is very cozy and we felt like at home. Within 10 minutes walking you can access to the metro and a local market (Temma market). There you will find some authentic Japanese food. I would choose this place again when coming to Osaka next time.

    The room was very clean. Concerning the bathroom, I was very pleased with the good water pressure for the shower and the multi-functional toilet. As for the bed: very comfortable! Location-wise, the hotel lift opened up to a walkway leading directly to the train station, which was convenient for getting to work. Additionally, the wifi was fast.

    The spa on the roof was very nice. Felt very luxurious for the price. On the JR line (great if you have the JR pass. A bit of a pain if you want to be out at night we missed the last train home from Dotonburi and needed to pay a taxi of $80 000 yen 🤪 Last train was 11.40pm

    The hotel has onsen on the top floor and it was so relaxing. Also the breakfast was wonderful. You had lots of choices to choose from. The hotel location was really handy as you could walk in from JR station.

    The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The service was good.We received fresh towels and sleepware every day.The location was great, very near a station and it made traveling easy and navigation simple.We could was our clothes at the laundry and leave our baggage with reception the whole day after check out.
