Everything ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were very nice, kind, cheerful and genuine. The location was in the medina, very near the main street and main attractions. The food is delicious. The room is spacious and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and quite/calm at night. The terrace had an amazing view. Overall I highly recommend this place and will choose it again if I'm back in Fes.

The best accommodation I've ever had in my life - wonderful, helpful, and approachable staff, beautiful atmospheric room equipped with historical gadgets, very high ceiling, magnificent courtyard with sociable turtles, beautifully served breakfast. You have to experience this beautiful place to understand what it is all about. Such a gorgeous place in the centre, kept as beautiful as it is for over 20years now and whereever you look you see dedication, passion and respect to the origins. One of the first 3 Riyad’s in Fes, this place is really something different. We spontenaously spent the new year’s days here, and couldn’t be better to be honest. Othman, his parents, Rashid, Zahra and the crazy good live music made us feel at home❤️ they also somehow managed to find the Grapes for the tradition and it was so much fun to share those moments with them!!! Our room was in the ground floor, it was very charming, especially the ceiling. It’s always full so make sure to plan and book it in advance I’d say. The cleaning service and the staff was very good. The breakfasts were very abundant and the food served is very good. We can’t forget our randomly served teas throughout the day🥰 such a nice detail. We definitely recommend booking a guide for a tour in the city, we didn’t listen to them on this and now wishing that we would have done that! It definitely worths it! If you’re planning to visit Fes please make sure to stay here, you’ll thank for it later🥂

Riad Soufiya was a hidden gem that made our stay in Morocco truly special. The place has such a warm and authentic vibe – you can feel the love and care put into every detail. Our room was not only clean and comfortable, but it also had beautiful traditional touches that made it feel unique. Every morning, we looked forward to breakfast: fresh bread, fruits, local pastries, and mint tea served with a smile. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome – always available, always kind. We especially enjoyed the rooftop, which was peaceful and ideal for relaxing after a long day exploring the medina. It felt more like staying in a family home than a hotel. We’ll definitely carry the memories of this place with us for a long time.”

I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at Riad Dar Timrad, and I genuinely wish I had booked a longer stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ali, Moeed, and the entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)
