A special thank you to Mohammed, who took exceptional care of us—always attentive, kind, and making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. The Suite was absolutely perfect—spacious, beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan details, and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect retreat after exploring the Medina. The Riad itself is stunning, with breathtaking architecture and a calm, relaxing vibe. Every corner is filled with charm, and the attention to detail is remarkable. Despite being in the heart of Fez, it was incredibly quiet and serene—a true oasis! The food was another highlight! The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a variety of traditional Moroccan treats. We also had dinner at the Riad, and the flavors were simply outstanding. If you’re looking for a luxurious, authentic, and peaceful stay in Fez, Riad Hanael is the place to be. We will definitely be back! ✨🇲🇦

The location was perfect, just at the entrance of the medina. The room was big and comfortable with a big TV and a wide choice of channels to choose from. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind. They helped with excursions, train booking, taxis, etc. A special mention to Fatima, who made several telephone calls to help me out to sort a few matters. They offer a typical maroccan treatment in the spa, which should not be missed. A wonderful stay.
