Incredible Stay at SO/ Maldives – Truly Unforgettable! We stayed for 7 nights in an overwater villa at SO/ Maldives. This was our first trip to the Maldives, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice — the hotel is incredibly stylish, brand new, and absolutely stunning in every detail. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive to our wishes. We celebrated a birthday during our stay (and it turned out to be the best celebration ever!) — the team went above and beyond to make the day feel magical, with heartfelt congratulations and thoughtful efforts that touched us deeply. We would especially like to thank Maria, who guided us from the moment we arrived until our departure, always helpful and supportive with everything we needed. Also a warm thank you to Luna for her kindness, care, and friendly assistance throughout our stay. We’re also grateful to the teams at the Watersport Zone and The Nest for helping us enjoy our time with fun and vibrant activities. The hotel offers a wide variety of experiences — we particularly enjoyed snorkeling, oceanfront yoga, and the creative workshops, all of which made our days even more special. We stayed for 10 nights at the water villa. From the moment we arrived we felt like we did a great choice, easy transfer by boat from the airport. Emmi, the receptionist was so amazing and kind, making the check-in process smooth and fast. All the staff in general were amazing, specially the two bartenders at the pool bar (Waves Bar) they always remember what we like, and always smiling and funny conversations. The beach was really great and clean, comfortable beds. The food is great, breakfast, lunch and dinner, the buffet was always changing and specials of the day every dinner. The cooks are doing an amazing job, as well as the waiters and the whole staff in general. The facillities are aslo very clean, and taking care of.

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel for our honeymoon. Everything was just perfect. Natural beauty of the island was incredible. We thought that we were in Paradise. We loved the food a lot. We ate in the main restaurant from the buffet and there are very rich options with the fresh seafood every day. House wine is very tasty. Swapan in the main restaurant was very good. He made our meals more delicios. Thank you Swapan! The beaches are of the island are amazing. Thank you for an unforgatteble honeymoon.

The property is exactly as is on the photos. The marine life is remarkable. The staff and the foods were also on point. We were upgraded to the misty rain which was an awesome experience to reawaken the skin senses. The airport transfers were effortless. Definitely recommend it.

This resort is amazing. We stayed for one week with our baby in one of the wellness villas. Before our trip we were nervous that the expirience might not be as good as in the pictures but once we arrived it was even better than we imagnied. Every single staff member is super friendly, very professional and always there to assist. The whole island is very clean and well taken care off. The 3 (4) restaurants offer a good variety of food options for reasonable prices. The ocean is amazing and the reef for snorkling is just minutes away where we were able to see turtles, sharks and a crazy amount of fish. There are many smaller activities available on the island and some of them were free of charge for us because of our wellness villa. We want to say a special thanks to Ali from housekeeping and to Sejal and Fipit from hospitality staff who took extra care of us during our stay. We highly recommend this resort and hopefully one day we will able to come back. Thanks to everyone who made our stay so special!
