After two years living in the Philippines, without hesitation, we can say that Cocogrove is our favorite place. Firstly, and most importantly, because for many years the hotel and its management have been proactively protecting the environment, including the coral reefs at two marine sanctuaries in front of the hotel and in Apo island ( one of the best places to respectfully interact with turtles) . Secondly, the hotel offers high quality while maintaining a traditional and beautiful Filipino style, giving us a sense of tranquility even when the hotel was fully booked. The bungalow was perfect, it was surprisingly big, very clean, the air con worked great, and there was a safe and a fridge. The pool was lovely, it was so nice to swim in at night. The best part was the owners, who took care of us when we had several mishaps during our stay! They were so helpful and accommodating, and checked in on us throughout the rest of our time to make sure we were all good. Seriously, can't thank Jenney and Bong enough!!
