It was interesting that there was no office to check into, but a code for the gate and the doors. IT is basically a concrete bunker, but surprisingly comfy and we had a balcony to sit on. The pool and hot tub were great!. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The location was very good for beach and food. The outdoor kitchen was lovely. Despite a language barrier (as I do not speak a lot of Spanish) they were patient and extremely helpful. Everything I had in the room was in great working order and nothing felt like it was broken, dirty or anything like that. Our first room had a clogged toilet and hotel upgraded us as maintenance couldn’t make it until next day. Very pleased with the service and attentiveness of staff. The pool is great to relax, there's a hot tub as well. Rooms are clean, with AC, it would need a bit more of decoration in the rooms to make it cosy.
