the tour - didn’t know the hotel was sitting on the original wall surrounding the city! We had an amazing stay at the house. The host was super friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Super clean and comfortable rooms with everything that we needed. The best part of the place was the magical garden. Beautiful scenery, loads of plants and flowers. We couldn't ask for more ! Definitely coming back for more days to spend there. Quality of furnishing throughout and all equipment (kitchen etc) was of a really high standard. Laura met us at reception (despite our being several hours late due to flight delay) and was always available with help and advice. Would stay again in the future on any return trip to Lisbon.

The property had a beautiful old charm feel about it but was modern if that makes sense. We stayed 5 nights in the jacuzzi III room and it was spacious, sparkling clean and well furnished. The hot tub was a great help because it was 35 degrees every day and we just turned down the temperature in the tub and it was very helpful to keep us cool. There is also a small pool on the property A great view of the city too. Right in the centre with restaurants and bars all around.

The ammenties at the Villa were fantastic. The location was great for central Lisbon and from and to the airport. It has a great communal space and the bedrooms and spacious. The jacuzzi area is beautiful, as is the outdoor seating areas. I would certainly recommend for a group travelling to Lisbon and would even consider returning myself.

    Swimming pool is underground and needs to be updated - silicon is coming out in jacuzzi and quite old futures . Lack of regular cleaning in spa - swimming pool area . Very wet floor and steamy heavy air. Room was ok but also very old fashion and needs updating - old furniture , bathroom’s deco - old. Breakfast was ok - for 5 star hotel I would expected more and better quality
